Deals You Can Do Today in California
with Very Little Cash
The Sunshine State is known for a lot of amazing things, but right now deals that make sense aren't one of them! Prices are increasing, inventory is shrinking, and returns are dwindling. With many investors focused on flipping, other less-known strategies are being employed by the savvy. Join the NSDREI this month when Andy Teasley highlights an under-served section of real estate investing that still makes sense today. Based on his 20 years of investing experience, this technique can consistently generate yields of over 35%. Topics discussed will include:
•How to Find and Flip a Property When You Have Very Little Cash
•Seller Financing — How to Talk to Sellers
•How to Double Your Investment Funds in 60 - 90 Days
•How to Create Notes That Generate a 40% - 60% Yield
•Using Your Tax Free IRA to Build Your Retirement
•Property Examples and Case Studies Showing Real Profits
About the Speaker:
Andy Teasley is a self-described "Serial Entrepreneur." He has built and run many small to medium sized businesses in the last 40 years. Raised by a teacher and a CPA, he has always felt the need to pay forward the learning he has received in his life. Being a "seminar junkie," he has had training from many instructors. He took his first "guru" real estate seminar in 1980 with Ione Young Grey and uses his experience to hone his teaching skills and to divert new investors into a local REIA rather than the high-priced guru system. He has invested in many areas of real estate as the cycles have changed. At the peak of the previous buying frenzy, he had an interest in over 50 doors as a buy and hold investor.
