Do you have your sights set on becoming a real estate developer but don't know where to start? Join us on Thursday July 6th at the Kitsap Conference Center in Bremerton as we welcome REAPS member and Bremerton local Clinton Bergeron who will share his story of going from residential re-modeler to full-fledged real estate developer.

Clinton jumped into the development game with both feet last year with a land purchase in Manette which he split into 5 lots. This land purchase has quickly morphed into the new construction homes now known as the SoundView Cottages of Manette. If you've spent any time in the area you've undoubtedly seen them, and even though construction is not yet complete, he has pre-sold four of the five properties already!

Clinton will talk about what it took to make the leap into land development, along with the joys and challenges that come with it.

Even if becoming a developer may be far in your future plans, you'll also learn how you can find opportunities that you can pass along to developers and make 5 and 6-figure checks doing so.
