7:00 PM, Thursday, June 8 2017

(Networking starts at 6 PM)
$20/person

Shadowridge Country Club

1980 Gateway Bay Drive

Hello Fellow Note and Cash Flow Investors!

This month, we welcome Sharad Mehta, a former CPA who quit his day job and is now an experienced rental property owner and out of state investor

About Sharad:

  • He currently owns a rental portfolio of 75 properties in Indiana while living in San Diego
  • He has done over 350 deals, purchasing hundreds of foreclosures and doing both flips and buy and holds
  • He relentlessly focuses on implementing technology and increasing the efficiency of his business to allow it to scale
  • Sharad has a background as a CPA, working a day job for several years before quitting in 2011 to become a full time real estate investor

Topics Sharad will discuss:

  • How to be an out of state cash flow investor and rental property purchaser
  • How to create systems to increase the efficiency and automation of your business
  • Case studies of deals that went well and deals that went poorly
  • How to purchase foreclosed properties effectively

Other:
Since this is a club with a great mix of beginning and seasoned investors, it's a great place to mix and share your real estate and note investing experience and learn from others. PLUS, if you have a deal or looking for one, come to participate in our "Haves and Wants" session where you may pick up a deal or a joint venture (JV) partner. We hope you can join us this coming Thursday at Shadowridge Country Club in Vista, CA.

Our goal is to facilitate education and networking between note investors, new and experienced. If you've been a real estate investor, the world of cash flow is a natural progression for you. Learn why other strategic real estate investors are adding the cash flow provided by real estate backed notes to their portfolio.
