This month, we welcome Sharad Mehta, a former CPA who quit his day job and is now an experienced rental property owner and out of state investor

About Sharad:

He currently owns a rental portfolio of 75 properties in Indiana while living in San Diego
He has done over 350 deals, purchasing hundreds of foreclosures and doing both flips and buy and holds
He relentlessly focuses on implementing technology and increasing the efficiency of his business to allow it to scale
Sharad has a background as a CPA, working a day job for several years before quitting in 2011 to become a full time real estate investor

Topics Sharad will discuss:

How to be an out of state cash flow investor and rental property purchaser
How to create systems to increase the efficiency and automation of your business
Case studies of deals that went well and deals that went poorly
How to purchase foreclosed properties effectively
