Our special guest will be Vinney Chopra, a longterm syndication client who came to the United States from India in 1976 with just $7 in his pockets. Since syndicating his first multi-family property in 2009, Vinney has gone on to syndicate 26 multi-family properties ranging from 14 to 267 units. Currently, he controls 2,300 units. Vinney and his investment teams have successfully raised more than $70 million from private investors.

Vinney learned about multi-family investing in 2008 from David Lindahl, participating in Dave's coaching program, networking events and training seminars. He started by syndicating properties ranging from $2 million to $5 million. Vinney's current companies – named after his children, Monica & Neil (MONEIL Investment Group, LLC) – have sponsored acquisition of 1,846 units in just 2½ years. He recently raised some $7 million from his network of investors for his latest syndicate in just two days! Vinney's sold properties have generated annualized returns of up to 43.3% for his investors.

Vinney recently founded his own online "Multifamily Syndication Academy" to impart his knowledge to new investors who want to become successful syndicators, too.
