Good morning my fellow BP members,

After taking a month off we will be having our next Bronx meetup! Let's make the topic about lead generation and finding deals. Let's also catch up and see what everyone has been up to. We will have a guest speaker as usual. 

We will have Jason Escobar from Jason Home Inspections. Jason is a great home inspector with years in the business. He has a construction background and is very knowledgeable about the upkeep of real estate property.  You don't want to miss this. As an investor, owner of property, you want to have a home inspector as part of your team. The few hundred dollars you spend up front, can save you a world of hurt, especially if you are not familiar with the construction aspect. 

We will start at 7 pm with a bit of networking. Jason will have the floor at about 7:30, and at about 8:15 we'll start discussing our topic. At 9 pm we can stay around for a bit to get to know each-other.

Again these are meetups, not seminars. We try to bring someone of value every meetup so we can learn something, and then it's an open forum with questions going back and forth. We want people to grow connections organically and be able to start to build a team. This meetup is an icebreaker for most. 

Understand we are not there to solicit each-other and push each-other with our services. You will have a chance to talk to people about what you do during networking time. You can pass out business cards and stuff then. If you have been coming to meetups for a while now and want to announce a change in career or something your doing that might help others that can be OK. For example @Robert Withers who has now been a part of our group for a while now, will talk about a few changes he has made that can definitely help a lot of us when it comes to financing. Let's focus on building relationships to make this one of the best groups in the Bronx. 

I'd also like to Thank Robert, @Virgilio Garcia, and @Yosy (Jay) Kaidar, with the help of running our February meetup due to my wife and I haven't to leave town at the last minute. It's because of this networking group we have started to build solid relationships with them and others as well. I hope to see you all there. Thank you!
