We had a great meetup last Saturday and I'm scheduling the next one now! New and seasoned investors are invited to come chat about the market, strategize, analyze deals and network. Location is 2991 College Ave Berkeley 94705. Please RSVP again. We can fit probably up to 10 upstairs and I'll probably have to cap it off if we get up around 15. I look forward to seeing you there.

Hi all,
I'm going to cap this meet up at the current group who has RSVPed. If you haven't RSVPed yet sorry but please sit this one out. We have a nice space but it is on the smaller side and I think we will be cramped as is now.
Mark Pedroza - I don't know if the building is ADA compliant (the bathroom definitely is not). Please feel free to private message me to discuss. We will be meeting outside this time and it is about three stairs up to a sliding door and then several more stairs up to the patio. I'm happy to help in any way I can but it is not all level and there is no ramp.
