Eric Giles will share with us what needs to happen before, during and after the auction. Eric is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business. In 2007, Eric formed New Leaf Properties, LLC rehabbing and holding properties. In 2013, he retained his real estate license and in 2015 Eric formed his second real estate company, Diversified Equity Group, Inc. He has purchased over 30 properties at foreclosure auctions on the courthouse steps throughout Hampton Roads. His experience includes rentals, property management, lease options, rehabs and wholesaling.

Karen Downs will educate us about wholesaling. Learn how to find wholesalers and what you need to know to make your transaction go smoothly.

Karen Downs has been investing in Real Estate for approx. 20 years. In 2003, after committing to professional education in various aspects of investing, Karen started Sunrise Property Solutions, Inc., whereby she is routinely one of the highest volume wholesalers in Hampton Roads. Karen has completed a large number of rehab, new construction builds, and land/lot transactions, as well. In addition, Karen is a VA Licensed Real Estate Professional and supervises a team of agents that aggressively work to provide full-service investor experiences, from finding the deals for purchase, to state-of-the art strategies for re-selling your properties quickly.
