Reminder: Bronx Real Estate investor Meetup

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the weekend. I'd like to thank Robert Withers from M1 Capital on a wonderful presentation at our last event. I hope everyone who attended has the 4 C's embedded in there minds. Very important to understand.

We have our next meetup/mastermind Wednesday February 8th at 7pm.

This meetings topic of discussion will be about short sales. We will talk about the short sale process and how to find short sale leads. Our guest speaker will be Oz from Short Sale Direct. Short Sale Direct has been in the business for quite some time and has negotiated hundreds of short sales. We will learn from Oz about the short sale process and he will tell us about his company and what they do.

We will be trying a new location. Location is Patricias at 3883 East Tremont Ave Bronx, NY 10465.(Just a few blocks east from the previous location) The price will be $20 per person, payable by cash at the door, but this will include light refreshments and appetizers. They have bar options if you'd like at your cost as well.

Time will stay the same 7 pm to 10 pm.

Anyone who has deals they are working on or deals to share we'd love to hear about them. Remember this event is meant to be a large mastermind and as we continue to grow we'd love to hear about people's experiences.

I know quite a few of you have reached out to me about investing in Pa. I am currently in the process of getting my broker license out there and still trying to lock down the 1st property with Tom and Cathy from the group. Hopefully by meeting time we will be in contract.

Once my license goes through I think we will setup a mini bus tour of some kind and take a visit out there to look at some REO's and vacant houses.
