Come out and join the fun, while you learn how to create passive income in your life and begin a path towards financial security. Beginners and experienced players are welcomed.  

This group is for those who want to learn about investing and grow their skills in investing and finance by playing the board game “Cashflow” created by Robert Kiyosaki. We welcome all levels of players from beginners to advance. The group is headed by active real estate investors and property managers. You’ll have fun and make new friends while you learn.

Have you ever considered creating multiple streams of passive income so you can spend more time doing what you want, when you want, with whom you want, wherever you want? That could be traveling across the world, donating more time and money to charity, spending more time on your hobbies, mentoring, or just being free of the rat race.

CASHFLOW 101 is the entrepreneurial adult version of Monopoly. Actually, it's like Monopoly on steroids. Whether this is your first or your 100th time you will certainly be entertained and likely go home a bit smarter than when you arrived. This game helped me learn how to quit my engineering job to become a full-time real estate investor.

The board game simulates real-life experiences and opportunities by teaching what you need to do to create financial independence in your life (how to Get Out of the Rat Race) thru Business Ownership and/or Real Estate Investing. Every time you play the game you get the opportunity to learn new approaches of thinking about money management, debt, investing in assets, financial concepts, team playing (partnerships), and negotiating. And yes there are recessions and stock market crashes in the game- which makes it more realistic

CASHFLOW 101 was launched by Robert Kiyosaki as a simulation companion to his best selling book: Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Once you become aware of the 'millionaire mind' philosophy that the game teaches, becoming successful in business and real estate investing will be one giant step closer.
