We are a small group of active and soon to be active investors that meet on a monthly basis. There is no charge and no classes. We are different in that we just share our successes and challenges, along with networking to help each other find and complete more deals. We are relatively new and are still looking for more people to join our group. Currently, we have about 13 members. This includes: investors, contractors, lenders and real estate brokers.
