Hey Everyone! We have our next amazing networking event scheduled this January 18th at 6:30pm! Our last one had over 100 local bad-*** real estate investors like you! So much information was shared and so many new connections were created, it was amazing.

As promised, this next event will feature Elliot Smith, a real estate wholesaler out of Vancouver WA.
A little bit about Elliot:
- Started wholesaling 18months ago
- Learned from reading a book
- First 12 months he was part time real estate investing while working 60 hrs a week at Franz Bakery
- Assigned 14 real estate properties in the first 12 months and saved over $100k in the bank from the proceeds for him and his wife
- Went full time after 12 months and quit his job at Franz
- Has since had a $100k MONTH!

Our last meetup had local private money lenders (individuals looking to lend their money for real estate), huge volume fix/flip investors, many buy and hold investors (one has over 600 doors in his portfolio), new construction investors, GC's, and many investors who have only done a handful of deals and want to do more! Also, plenty of newer people looking to get into the business!
