6PM - Vendor Hall Opens, Registration and Check in Begins
6PM - Toy Collection and Photos
7PM - Speed Networking
8:30 - wrap up
9:00 - Meeting after the meeting in the Hotel Bar Area
This event is open to the general public in the Kansas City Metro area, costs to attend is 1 New Unwrapped Toy or a $5 Donation to Toys for Tots - we do ask that you Pre-Register so we have a good idea of how many seats we will need to set up for the Speed Networking.
Our goal is 4 Boxes of Toys or $500 in cash or a combo of the two.
Speed Networking rounds will allow you to speak to about 35 to 45 different people, but we will probably not make it completely around the room so everyone speaks to everyone as our group was at about 65 people last year and we anticipate about 80 or more people this year as our group has gotten larger.
