Have you have ever thought about buying a city of Milwaukee foreclosed property? Well then, this is the meetup for you.

We're excited to announce our guest speaker, Ryan Pattee, seasoned Milwaukee Real Estate Investor & Entrepreneur.

Before leaving University, Ryan had already discovered his calling. What began as an ambitious school project about income properties, developed into a unique and strategic business plan. Now 12 years later, Ryan has built his own real estate empire with dozens of properties, housing many tenants.

Ryan’s specialty and focus has been purchasing City Owned Tax Foreclosures. He was one of the first people to apply for a receive city funding for blighted properties. He also was one of the first few investors to purchase bulk deals from the city. To date, he has purchased over 20 City owned tax foreclosures and brokered another 40+ properties for investors.

Today Ryan is a father of two, full-time real estate investor, licensed contractor, licensed real estate agent, and educator. He continues to execute his vision by creating value in renovations and generating wealth through real estate.

Learn from an expert as Ryan shares his journey and experience buying and rehabbing tax foreclosure properties. There will also be time to answer any specific questions.

Bring your pencil and paper because this will be a meetup you don't want to miss.

**Any deals can be shared at the beginning of the meetup
