Tour will consist of visits to several properties:
- Analyze and learn how to make a decision in a short time as to whether to pursue the property for purchase or not.
- This is a learning exercise and we will walk through the thought-process necessary to make such a decision.
- LOOKING FOR AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY? Properties are all for sale and we'll do the rehabbing cost/profitability evaluation during the tour!! (PRICELESS!)
- During the tour we will use a Rehab app to get REAL cost/profitability calculations.
- Classroom discussion after tour to discuss what upgrades to do based on the exit strategy.
- Home Depot will be giving out freebies to all attendees.
