She has been with Nations Home Warranty for 9 years and is currently the VP of Real Estate Sales. She lives in Lake Highlands with her husband of 15 years and their two precious dogs!

In 2008, at the age of 23, Daniel Moore bought his very first investment property. Since then, he has learned his lessons very carefully, so that, by the age of 28, he became a full time investor, and was inducted into Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Hall of Fame. He completed more than 60 properties last year alone – ranging from wholesales, rehabs, sub2s, wraps, short sales, mobile homes, and a million-dollar new construction project. From this varied experience, Daniel has accumulated extensive first-hand, real world knowledge on the “how-to’s” of real estate investing and is now the Co-Founder and CEO of Propelio.com.

Eddie Speed, CEO
The Note School
Since 1980, Eddie Speed has dedicated his professional life to the Note buying industry, seller financing and non-performing notes. He's introduced innovative ideas and strategies that have positively impacted the way the industry operates today. Fifteen years ago, Eddie founded NoteSchool, which is a highly recognized training company, specialized in the teaching of buying performing and non- performing discounted mortgage notes. He is also a principal of Colonial Capital Management LLC, which is a private equity fund that acquires discounted real estate secured notes.
Eddie recently received the special recognition of being honored as the first inductee into the SBRE Hall of Fame along with the Think Realty Award of Distinction for Alternative – Asset Investor of the Year.
