The Landlord's Almanac is a local group in Anchorage Alaska that allows landlords to network with other landlords and learn about property management. We typically host 10 events a year so we can take breaks to fish and be with family!  The only purpose of this group is to raise the bar on property management through education.

When we took a vote on topics, this was actually #2 class requested by landlords in the group.

The concerns where around how do you handle in a tenant in a certain situation. If you handle it wrong, you will unnecessarily cost yourself more money and time. How do you say XYZ when a tenant is upset, What is the current local law on this topic. How does Landlord laws work around daily work orders, and more!!
