Very Happy to announce our next Special Guest Speak with be Matt Faircloth of BP Podcast 88

Ever wonder about stepping your game up from small multi family homes to larger complexes?  Well Matt is going to give us a case study on their most recent acquisition of a 49 unit complex.  From finding the property to closing on it and everything in between Matt will go over how and why they made the deal happen.   A little about Matt:

• Matt Faircloth is the President and Co-founder of The DeRosa Group which is a developer and owner of commercial and residential property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate." Matt got started investing in Real Estate 12 years ago, with a $30,000 loan as seed capital. Since then he has grown from nothing to a 6 person company controlling over 160 units of residential and commercial properties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. DeRosa has completed over 14 Million in real estate transactions involving Private Capital including fix and flips, single family home rentals, mixed use buildings, apartment buildings, and tax lien investments. Matt Faircloth is an active contributor to the Bigger Pockets Blog and was featured on the BP Podcast, along with many other Podcasts and Radio Shows. He also runs the South Jersey Real Estate Investors (SJRIEA) chapter in Princeton NJ.

The event will take place at 27 East 28th Street in the WeWork space. We've been in a different WeWork space many times before and it's worked out great. Glad to be back in another one of their locations. We'll start at 6pm and go to at least 9pm or until they kick us out.

As I continue to do, I want to personally thank Matt Rodak from FundThatFlip.com for getting us back to the WeWork space (new location) and making it happen. Thanks Matt!  @Benjamin Hirsch from Regal Kitchens will also be there.  Expect to hear from both of them during the event about the great services they provide and deservedly so. And that's the only "pitching of products or services" you'll hear outside what other members may talk to you about.

Yes there will be food at the event.  We'll have Pizza of all sorts, Beer and Wine (White & Red) for everyone to enjoy.  

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or a seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for a great event.
