Hi all,
This Thursday, August 11th, is our monthly SEIREIA meeting. Meet and Greet starts at 6:30 and the regular meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. at the ISU credit union on Sunnyside.
Our guest speaker is Dennis Wilkinson, an attorney here in Idaho Falls who has a lot of experience dealing with contract issues. Among other things, he is going to talk about common pitfalls that real estate investors may encounter with with their contracts. We've specifically asked him to focus on rental contracts and lease options, but I am sure he would be willing to talk about other types of contracts.
