Hello all!
Sorry for the delay with the invite this month I have been on a cruise and just returned. Our meeting this month will be at Bakers Ribs in Grapevine. Our speaker will be Mary Martinez she is an escrow officer with Independence Title and works mostly with investors (many in our group) she can speak to you about double closing and other things investors should know regarding closings.
