Local investor and good friend of ours Andrew Greer from Thomas Strafford Investments recently took on this project in Mission Hills with some pretty big plans.

Currently this is an under utilized multi-unit property with major potential, purchased for $519k on May 2nd the project is already underway. The plans are to develop four homes on this lot with an estimated exit value in the $4.5-5.5 Million range with a projected budget of $1.6-1.9 Million.

Andrew and his business Partner Keith will be on site to break down this deal to the bare bones. From acquisition, funding, planning and selling. This is the largest scale project we have ever showcased at our events so bring your notepads and be ready for a lot of information.

As always there will be plenty of time for learning and networking. This is our fifth event of the year and we've had record setting attendance with over 60 investors present last month!
