Location: Cheyenne Moutain Resort, ELAVATIONS LOUNGE, 3225 Broadmoor Valley Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906
Dress: Business casual recommended. Tuxedos might be over doing it, but would surely add to the evenings entertainment. Leave your work boots in the truck.
There is no charge for this event. However, since we will be crashing their lounge be sure to tip the wait staff. Elevations serves booze and good food and the staff are great.

Purchase price- $208,000
Renovation-$80,000-conservative
ARV- $385,000 conservative- $410,000 possible
assuming 7% closing and commissions that's a 24% ROI in 4-6 months.
