Last months Meetup was awesome! We had over 50 investors meet at a deal in La Jolla checking out the deal in person and learning the ins and outs of what it takes to flip a home.

The March meetup is looking to be pretty special. It's a major project in one of San Diego's coolest markets. This property its getting a lot of special attention, a master suite addition to bring the property up to 2016 standards and make it truly stand out against other homes in the market.

Alejandro from Dinero Homes will be welcoming us and providing an all access tour of the property which will be well into construction by the end of March. No topic is off limits. Learn about how they purchased the property, financed the deal, the construction process, plans, permits, the addition, the structural work. All of it.

Here is a chance to go meet other local investors from Bigger Pockets in a safe and friendly environment.
