Hello fellow BiggerPockets members from and around the greatest city in the world, New York! I'm pleased to announce our next Meetup in Manhattan will be taking place on Tuesday April 28th at 6pm so put it in your calendar!  You MUST register through the links to attend the event located at the top and bottom of this message.

I'm pleased to announce we'll have another guest speaker, David Krulac. 

David has been a long time real estate investor with more than 800 deals in his arsenal.  He is a previous guest on the BiggerPockets Podcast (#82) as well as an accomplished author of "How I Started with Nothing and Made $12 Million in Real Estate Part Time- And the Lessons I Learned" and a GREAT contributor to the BiggerPockets forums. There's very little in REI that David hasn't done. He's someone that all part times AND full timers can learn from. David is going to give us a special presentation on Tax Sales. This should be a great subject especially for the month of April that you shouldn't miss! We're very grateful that David is taking his time and own expense to join us at the event.

The event will take place at 120 East 23rd Street on the Fifth floor in the WeWork space. This is our second time here at this location so again I want to personally thank Matt Rodak from FundThatFlip.com for providing us the space to make this event happen (and the food and drink). Again, expect to hear from Matt during the event about the great service that he provides and deservedly so. That and David offering copies of his book will be the only "pitching of products or services" you'll hear outside what other members may talk to you about. Thanks for help in making the event happen again Matt!

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or a seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for a great event.

What an incredible event last night!   I want to thank real estate investing renaissance  man @David Krulac for taking the time out of his schedule to come to Manhattan last night and talk about tax sales, one of many real estate skills David has mastered over year lifetime of REI. David put together a great presentation on the subject and if you weren't there you missed a great one. Thank you again David. We're very grateful for everything you shared with us and hope you'll be back again on another subject matter at a future event!

@Alok Sood thanks for helping me automate the sign up process.  What a difference that's made in the amount of time it's taken to prepare for the event as well as the time it takes people to actually get into the event.  In the past we've had 3-4 people help check people in.  The new way allowed @Vinit N. to check everyone one in solo!   So I can't not say thanks Vinit for taking the time to do that.   Vinit not only checked in everyone but also clearly wrote out everyone's name on their badges.  Not an easy feat for 100+ people!   Thanks Vinit again!
