Building permits are still on our agenda for our July (South Austin Coffee Talk) get together. For those of us thinking about building or expanding a property in the Austin, TX, city limits this is a very important subject. There are a number of important areas to understand such as historic designation, tree issues, drainage plans, soil samples, and design issues. Lynn has answered many questions and will give us one more opportunity to learn from her experiences in our July meeting. Lynn's office is a little hard to find but once there it is a great facility to have a meeting. Our July meeting will be Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at 1000 a.m. Lynn's office is at 1107 S. 8th. St., Austin, TX, 78704. See you in the conference room.

Come on down to South Austin, the meeting is open to all.

Many thanks to Lynn for providing the space and sharing her knowledge.
