We are the NMRPOA or the Northern Michigan Rental Property Owners Association. We are a group of investors that meet bi-monthly (even months but not December). Our April meeting is coming up in 2 weeks.

We will have a speaker this month on the Hot Topic of Short Term Rentals, with a gentleman that has been successfully using AirBNB and VRBO for a number of years, in Northern Michigan. We can't wait to hear how he is doing it. Bring your questions.
