BIO - I am a 46-year-old husband and Father of 3 wonderful children. I am a travel Baseball coach, a musician, a mentor, and the way I afford life is through real estate wholesaling and investing.

I got started in Wholesaling in 2016 working as an Acquisition manager for Diamond Equity Investments then for Problem Property Pals in PA.
In February 2018, my son was diagnosed with Cancer and I lost my job. He's fine now and This is the reason I decided to go into business on my own. In 2018 I created Skyward Investments LLC as a solopreneur.
2020 brought on many challenges for us all but this is when I hired and began working as a 2-man crew and have kept my business lean up until the end of last year where we’ve finally decided it’s time to scale up. 2020 is also the year I created First Choice Home Buyers and NJ deal source. We are actively looking for deal finders, lead managers, and acquisitions managers at the moment.

Wholesaling is just sales and marketing, and where I excel most is in sales. Sales is my superpower and it’s what I’m the 2nd most passionate about in my business. My #1 passion is helping change people’s lives to live a life with some freedom and purpose.
