  • Get your questions answered during an interactive Q&A session.

This is a panel-only event with no formal speaker, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative discussion packed with actionable takeaways.

On the Panel:

Travis Tuttle is a seasoned real estate investor with a track record of flipping over 100 homes, including high-end luxury lake properties. With a keen eye for value and potential, he has successfully funded hundreds of hard money deals, showcasing his expertise in navigating various market conditions.

As a licensed general contractor and realtor, Travis brings a unique blend of technical and market knowledge to his investments. His diverse experience includes wholesaling real estate deals, creative financing strategies, subject-to transactions and short sales, demonstrating his adaptability in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

Travis holds two master’s degrees, underscoring his commitment to education and lifelong learning. He embraces a growth mindset, always seeking innovative solutions that benefit all parties involved. This approach is evident in his focus on win-win deals where he consistently aims to create positive outcomes for sellers and investors alike.

Travis is committed to helping others achieve their real estate goals and continues to make a positive impact in the industry by sharing his experience and practical strategies with fellow investors.

Teresa and Anthony Machi began their careers in finance at a hedge fund and a local financial institution. However, recognizing the demanding nature of their corporate roles, they sought a more fulfilling path and decided to explore real estate investing in 2009 in pursuit of financial freedom. Inspired by family values and a desire to leave the competitive corporate environment, they shifted their focus to a community-centered approach to investing.

Today, they manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties while also assisting other clients in achieving financial independence through Mach1 Lending. Mach1 Lending is an asset-based lender providing real estate investors with funding, helping them reach their investment goals through their hard money products. Additionally, they manage a private debt fund, Mach1 Capital, allowing investors to passively collect monthly returns without having to deal with the potential complexities of property management or the volatility of public investments.
