BIO - Underwriter by day, RE Entrepreneur by nights and weekends. Active investor for the past 10 years, very first investment property was a condo in Weehawken NJ in 2003. Currently managing 5 properties - a mix of both mid-term and long term, all in New Jersey - Camden County and Atlantic County. Employed in the residential lending space since 2002. Most recent 6 years as a non-QM underwriter. Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2023 - of course Investor Friendly. Free time- proud mom of a college student, current live in Linwood NJ with my significant other, enjoy sailing and am an active volunteer on The North Wind Schooner out of Gloucester city NJ, and am a life long Rugby fan. New to this south jersey area for life and real estate - looking to build my network in the area and transition into another project next year!
