✨ How to Create True Passive Wealth as the Bank

  • Intro - What is a note?
  • Mindset (Why I love being the bank and will enjoy $600 per month over a $50-$80k Payday)
  • Which assets work the best for seller finance to investors (turnkey rental props emerging markets, owner occupied, as is deals, land, etc.)
  • Why do I work with turnkey rentals over all other deals
  • Why do I work with non owner occupants rather than owner occupants and the difference if ou want to work with each.
  • How do I find emerging markets to do my deals that work best in any economy (population, jobs, infrastructure, crime, schools, taxes, etc.)

BIO
For three decades, I've specialized in working with clients to build equity in their wealth portfolios through investments, savings, IRA's, and 401K's. Here at Zitofsky Capital Management, we perform extensive due diligence to protect every investment for our investors as well as our lenders. I've closed over 800 fix-and-flips, 650 rental properties, 800 plus doors in multi family projects and over 1,000 private money and Non Performing Note transactions. My niche in the business is raising tons of private capital (over 40 mill in new money and over 400 million in velocity). I've specialized in using funds to turn a nonperforming asset into a performing asset, creating true Passive Wealth becoming the bank utilizing my 5 “Golden Exit Strategies” with my Seller Financed Notes.

One of my specialties is training investors how to create long term passive wealth for themselves by turning non-performing assets into long term performing assets by “Becoming The Bank”.
