Happy Holidays all & welcome to the year 2025!
If you consider yourself to be new to the world of Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing and have it on your goal board to buy your first (or next) investment property in the greater Tucson Metro area... then you should definitely consider looking into the wealth of resources provided to you by AZREIA: the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association. In addition to local discounts, local networking opportunities and monthly educational meetups, the New Investor Subgroup of AZREIA in Tucson is also here to get your education up to speed quickly so you can get into doing deals!
Our January meetup will dive deep into key financial metrics like cap rates, cash flow and price-to-rent ratio, as well as the economic underpinnings as to why Investors find these figures valuable. We'll discuss the calculations & implications of each, as well as lots of practical wisdom to help you identify which potential deals might be in your "buy box" and worth pursuing further via submitting an offer & conducting due diligence.
The in-person portion will be held at the Keller Williams building near River/Campbell. As we always do, we will begin promptly at 6:00pm & run until somewhere in the 7:30-8:00pm time frame. There will also be a virtual streaming of the meetup via Zoom, so if you'd prefer to stay home you may feel encouraged to dial in.
See you at the meeting!
