Before the haze of the holiday season sets in, the New Investor Subgroup of AZREIA in Tucson will be doing our final meetup of the 2024 calendar year... and you are invited!
We will continue along the "Deal Funnel" we've been unpacking for these last 2 months by covering the critical next step to securing your next real estate deal: actually FINDING a great deal in the first place!
Topic #1 will cover "How to Find Leads in your Target Market", and will explore the twin approaches of prospecting and marketing to begin to fill your Deal Funnel with real estate leads. Come to this discussion with an open mind to discover which avenue(s) you are most comfortable with to find deals and to put yourself in front of a motivated seller... without spending a fortune on "guru courses".
After a short networking break, Topic #2 will be all about "How to Fund the Deal: Using Creative and/or Traditional Financing". Whether or not the phrase QM loans means anything to you, we will overview the 4 different "classes" of financing available for your use in buying investment properties, as well as the pros & cons of each approach.
The in-person portion will be held at the Keller Williams building near River/Campbell. As we always do, we will begin promptly at 6:00pm & run until somewhere in the 7:30-8:00pm time frame. There will also be a virtual streaming of the meetup via Zoom, so if you'd prefer to stay home you may feel encouraged to dial in.
Post any questions about the meetup as a comment here on this thread for a direct response. I hope to see you over at the Keller Williams building on Dec 16th!
