Join us this month to learn how to build a financial vehicle for asset collateral, accelerate portfolio growth with a tax-advantage retirement income, and reduce interest costs and accelerate mortgage payoff.
Sarah Herrera and Monica Goodpaster will share about Real estate strategies to help you reduce the interest you pay others, while building the interest you put in your pocket. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or an advanced real estate investor, there is a strategy for everyone. We will also share a few tips for tax efficiency planning for real estate investors.
Sarah Herrera is a curious data analyst turned financial strategist who loves thinking outside the box to help solve financial puzzles. She loves building relationships with people of all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their financial journey. She leads the Northern California branch of the Multi-family Movement Mastermind. She will be building an ADU in 2025 to begin her journey in midterm rentals.
Monica Goodpaster is passionate about financial education, continually learning and implementing new strategies and educating and helping others to do the same. As a Director of a local Chamber, she networks in the business community. She is also a single family investor and private money lender, is active in the local real estate investing community and co-leads a Folsom real estate meetup.
Everyone is welcome - whether you are new, just starting out or with years of experience! Our goal is to provide a place for RE investors to network, meet others and do deals together!
This will be an open-format meetup focused on networking where we can talk about what's happening in the market, analyze deals, address questions and share our experiences with each other. Feel free to invite others!
