Excited to have a special guest on island🏝 Kolaiah "Fuzzy" Jardine who is a former pro water man turned incredible real estate investor and developer, focusing on building affordable entry level homes on the Big Island of Hawaii! Born and raised Hawaiian from Waimanalo, Fuzzy grew up on the big island with his grandparents and now goes back and forth to O'ahu. He started real estate investing during 2013 with a construction background and has done 100+ flips. He is an active ground-up construction developer on the big island building affordable houses for local families.

And for those who haven't met me, my name is Zasha Kamilimilionalani Smith! Raised on Maui and grew up in affordable housing. In the last 4 years I was able to quit my job as a Civil Engineer, build a $5 million rental portfolio on my own right here on island, partner on 110 unit, 136 unit & 263 unit apt buildings in Texas and Florida, completed 36 renovations across the US with over $1 million in net profit, just purchased an RV park and office building plus started a $15 million Debt and Equity Fund.
