Last month we were privileged to have Matt Williams, a full-time real estate investor, share his story of transitioning from investing in single-family houses to commercial real estate with the acquisition of a self-storage facility and all the benefits and challenges that came with it.

Michael is known for integrating data-driven strategies into real estate and construction. Michael's career is marked by facilitating thousands of transactions through a blend of data, intuition, and emotional intelligence. Beth is a driving force in Houston's residential construction and real estate scene. She blends style, function, and value to create homes that are both comfortable and smart investments.

UPDATE: Hey Everyone, due to the hurricane last week we are moving Michael and Beth to next month, on August 21st.
We will still have the meetup, but instead of a guest speaker, we can discuss things that happened to our properties during the storm (a tree may or may not have fallen on a property that is currently listed to sell). We can talk about some things we did and didn't do and have an open forum for anyone to discuss any learnings they had.
I will be attending today July 17. Is it at Brittmoore rd location?
