Meetup Topic and Speaker: Miller McSwain is a Nuclear Rocket Scientist by day and a Co-living investor by night. He specializes in finding, acquiring, and managing properties that have incredible returns by renting out the rooms to individuals. Most of his properties are acquired using funds from partnerships. He currently has 5 properties with 33 units.
