Build Your Team in One Night - GaREIA Vendor Fair on May 13 at 6:30 p.m.

GaREIA Subgroup Leaders, Executive Director, and the Board are hand-picking vendors everyone should have in their phone on speed dial and bringing them together for a Vendor Night.  While you fill out your team, we're going to have educational sessions on: - Financing your projects - Strategies for affordable housing  - Best practices for working with contractors We'll have hard money lenders, DSCR brokers, insurance agents, investor friendly real estate agents, roofer, cabinet supplier & installer, cleaner, housing authority leaders, alternative housing providers, real estate tax/bookkeepers, ... the list goes on. Network with vendors and investors. Exchange cards and be ready to execute with "A List" vendors.
