Michael J. Lerman - I was born and raised in NJ, and have lived here all my life. I have been a business affiliate of SJREIA for several years and have served on the board for 3 years.

I have been buying and flipping real estate for over 20 years. Currently, I own over 400 Apartments and I self-manage them all. I purchase about 5-7 properties a year. In addition, I have my real estate license which I utilize for investment purposes only.

His passion for networking has led him to continue to learn from and share his expertise with like-minded, passionate individuals.

He has been in the industry since 2014 and has been working with Esposito Insurance Group since 2017. Rich focuses on insuring South Jersey properties for real estate investors and is also a private money lender. Rich lives in South Jersey and raised 2 daughters with his wife Karyn.
