Hey Fellow Investors! -- January Meetup Announcement --

Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (January 25th) @ 6:30PM to hear from Jason Kogok, an Investor, Agency Team Leader, Broker discuss Building and Setting Realistic RE Investment Goals. We are in different walks of life and different stages of our lives with respect to investing, careers, and personal so instead of taking action right away on the new fancy strategy we heard on last weeks podcast. Lets taker a step back, look at ourselves and determine what we want out of life and what we want out of our investment goals.

I appreciate every single person that has shown up to these events over the past couple years and to you I say, you are the ones that have made this event possible and allowed each other to grow and build off one another! Much appreciation and I look forward to a profitable 2024!
