Collin Schwartz

Collin is a master networker, driven serial entrepreneur, real
estate investor, and coach. Collin likes to be involved in the
local community.

He created the largest real estate meetup
group in Nebraska and infuses his passion for fitness by
hosting Community Real Estate Rucks with fellow and aspiring
investors. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his wife and
four young children.

Greg Simpson

Greg Simpson is a native of St. Petersburg, FL, and has lived in the Tampa Bay area his entire life. He has always had a passion for real estate, and when the Tampa Bay market was hit by the recession in 2008-2009 he made it his goal to help rebuild the community he has lived in and loved his entire life. He currently resides in Tampa with his beautiful wife, Jackie, their son Luke, and their pets.

Greg is the CEO of Out Fast Realty & Investments (www.OutFastRealty.com) where they work with both sellers and buyers to achieve their goals throughout the traditional home selling or buying process. They also specialize in buying houses from distressed homeowners for a fast, fair price. They either fix the house up and sell it or they may add it to their own rental portfolio.

Greg is also the Vice President of Deployed Capital Group (www.DeployedCapitalGroup.com), a Tampa-based private money lending company that lends capital to investors for fix & flip loans and long-term rentals.

Greg is also the President of TBREIA (www.tbreia.com). TBREIA (Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association) is Tampa Bay’s largest real estate investors club with over 7 meetings each and every month all around the area.

Greg also is the podcast host of Flipping Real Estate Like the Pros where he offers aspiring real estate investors guidance in either getting their first deal completed or refining their business so they can take it to the next level. Greg prides himself in providing his listeners with the absolute best information because he doesn’t believe in charging an arm and a leg for it like some of the other “gurus” do.

Jason Lund

Jason is a real estate entrepreneur, coach, mentor and REIA partner. Jason is a partner at WiscoREIA, a real estate investor association, and a founder of 920 Home Buyers and Fox Cities Property Management.

Jason has also founded a Coaching and Mentoring Group to educate individuals and families on how to grow their real estate investing business and how to manage life’s tasks. Jason began his real estate journey in 2010.

He has flipped and wholesaled 1000+ homes and has become a premier property investment firm in Northeast Wisconsin. He also owns 200+ rental properties. Buying, fixing and flipping single family properties has always been Jason’s preferred investing strategy.

Chris Hake

Chris is the visionary and investor coach of the Master Investor Academy and Madison Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). Chris has decades of real estate investing experience and has seen (and smelled) more distressed properties than he cares to admit. He now applies that knowledge in the mentoring and education of his Coaching students that are actively engaged in rehabbing, wholesaling, and holding of properties all over South Central Wisconsin.

Chris has been a Madisonian for over 45 years and investing in the Madison real estate market for over 26 years. Since doing his first house hack in 1994, he has been involved with 100’s of house flips, 100’s of rentals, raised over 10 million dollars to fund those deals and had 1000’s of students come through his local training and coaching programs. Chris has a PhD & Master’s Degree in the school of hard knocks

Between 2006-2010 Chris taught the Real Estate Investing course at Madison Area Technical College, which saw 100’s of students come through his classes.

Between speaking engagements and mentoring other investors, Chris oversees the daily operations of his investing business, Madison Property Group, that rehabs, wholesales and wholetails properties, and holds properties for his investment portfolio.

In July 2012, Chris founded The Madison REIA and in July 2021 merged his REIA with WiscoREIA which has 5 REIA's across Wisconsin, bringing the combined membership to over 650 with 6 locations!

On a personal note, Chris and his wife, Suzanna, have three children, Tyler, Tanner and Trelan. He also has two dogs, Kona and Hemi. Chris loves classic muscle cars (Corvettes), all outdoor sports, especially golf, and fishing. As a husband, father, businessman, and real estate investor, Chris holds true to his core values and living his Life and Business Vision plan.

AJ Minaker

AJ first became interested in real estate in 2006. After years of contemplating, he bought his first house, a duplex that he and his wife made home for four years. Since then, they have purchased additional units and begun rehabbing single family homes.

AJ lives with his wife and children in the Eau Claire area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, personal training, and he recently started coaching youth basketball. The challenge of investing in real estate is something AJ enjoys.

He is always looking to share his knowledge and to continue learning about every facet of real estate.

Shaun Tutor

Shaun became interested in real estate two years ago. He has a home improvement company and investing company, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.

Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. His first company he built, started in 2017 and sold in November of 2021 to focus on real estate. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Mimi and taking cruises in one of his classic cars.
