Kurt Sandhoff will be back with us again this month to share about his 18 year experience of building ADUs, how he got started and how the ADU landscape has changed (for the better)!

Kurt started in real estate as a teenager buying his first home at 17, Licensed at 18 and real estate broker at 22, He started one of the
first Century 21 real estate franchises in the country. Kurt has earned the REALTOR EMERITUS for over 40 years of profession. Since building his first ADU in 2006 he has been intricately involved with the planning process, working with building departments and managing projects start to finish.

This will be an open-format meetup focused on networking where we can talk about what's happening in the market, analyze deals, address questions and share our experiences with each other. Feel free to invite others!
