Are you interested in learning more about real estate new development? Don’t miss this meetup event. We'll discuss the latest trends in real estate development, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing developers today.

This month, we will have Gregory Kyler and Jennie Berger join us, who are experts in this field.

Property People was formed in 2019 as a result of two incredibly passionate, creative, and ambitious individuals who love people and are driven by a deep desire to improve communities, and humanity on the whole. Gregory Kyler is a general contractor with more than 20 years of experience. Jennie Berger adores designing homes and streamlining business systems and operations. To date, they have completed 15 projects together, ranging from single family home gut rehabs with basement dig downs and second story additions, to condo renovations, and new construction of single family homes and small multi-unit condo buildings. Property People is thrilled to offer design-build services, working with homeowners and investors to navigate the process of ground up construction from inception to completion. Gregory & Jennie strive to live authentically and serve others wherever possible, both personally and professionally.

As always, we will meet live from 10am-Noon at A and N Mortgage located at 1941 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60642. Additionally, we will live stream via our Facebook Group & Zoom so if you aren't able to make it in person you can attend virtually. We will also post on Youtube after so you can rewind anything you may have missed.
