Acquiring a college degree in HVAC, and proceeding to work every role in the field from helper up to service manager & R&D engineer (and spending a brief time as a supply house counterman), Jonny is an expert in all things heating and cooling. Over the last 6 years, Jonny has created the "Tacoma Furnace Company", where he specializes in assisting Real Estate Professionals to complete their projects. Leveraging his vast experience in the field, he's begun putting his expertise into portfolio optimization, and energy code engineering, while building a maintenance program designed to reduce the pain points of being a landlord, and hopefully, keep your equipment alive longer than average.
