Hi All!
Yes - you can have a STR without even owning real-estate! This month we are changing things up a little bit with Brick & Brews. We are excited to partner with our guest hosts - Jade Kruzel & Jake Gittus. These guys are killing it in the AirBnB Arbitrage space and they are here to share their secrets. We will start at Gambit Brewery just below their units and tour 2 of their arbitrage units.
There will be a small scavenger hunt of things for people to find that could cost a 5-star review. We'll have a couple Bigger Pockets books to give out to those who find the items first too.

After parking, enter the skyway system attached to the ramp. Go to the right after entering the skyway and then go down the stairs or elevator 2 levels down and the brewery is right there.
