Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a great holiday! Our next meetup will be on Wednesday 1/11 at Après in Portland, beginning at 5:30pm. It's a great time of year to come out to these meetups. Many of the bars are much slower, providing an opportunity for us to spread out and talk shop.
Also, a quick shout out to @Brandon Hall for hosting our meetup at his BRRRRR project last month. It was great to walk through and see everything mid-construction.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and hearing about your real estate goals for 2023.

Hey Dan,
My wife and I have never attended this meet up but have been investing for a few years and working to ramp it up and moved to Maine in 2020 so looking to get connected with some like minded inviduals. We will be at this 11th to meet anyone who's down to connect and hope to make some friends in the same world.
