Tiffany Spann is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Crown Capital. Her portfolio as both a general and limited partner consists of 800+ units located across the Southeast and Texas. Tiffany’s real estate career began with single family rentals, and soon after stabilizing her rental portfolio, she learned the power of apartment investing and quickly transitioned into multifamily apartments.

Prior to investing in real estate, Tiffany’s career began in Cybersecurity and Information Technology as a Program Manager and Cybersecurity Specialist. Tiffany has managed $9M+ projects as a consultant for the Federal government. After several years of being in the field and working with companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, ActioNet, Intelligent Waves, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), GovernmentCIO, and Constellation West, Tiffany founded The Spann Group (TSG). TSG provides specialized cyber security consulting services that help organizations comply with FISMA and NIST guidelines and standards. The wide range of skills and knowledge gathered throughout her career has afforded her significant success in the realm of real estate investments. Tiffany utilizes her systematic background to strategically scale her business.
