Chris started his real estate career by renovating, flipping, building, and renting dozens of single-family residences, in addition to running his own property management company that manages his smaller assets. Chris is currently focused on helping others create passive cash flow through investing in larger, 100+ unit multifamily apartment buildings. Chris is personally invested in over 3,100 apartment units nationwide and has led Sterling Rhino Capital to acquire and control 1122 units across several assets in Virginia, Georgia, Texas and Denver with an estimated value of over $122MM.
