Personally, I have been in RE for almost 11 years. We own 1 rental in Azusa and SFR in Claremont. (I'm even thinking about doing it at my house!) maybe.
We renovated our condo in azusa, then we bought a complete fixer in Claremont, CA. We renovated this home and now are getting permits for an ADU.
We are helping 3 other families build ADUs in El Sereno, Pasadena and Ontario also!
I have experience with new construction, additions, remodels, ADUs and multi family purchases for clients. I used to manage flips for investors also : from finding the deal, to securing permits and contractors, to renovating and then selling them.

I'd be interested. We are in Altadena and have had rentals here in LA (currently looking for another) and in two other states long-distance. We are starting to engage with private money for our next BRRR's too. We'd love to get together with other BP RE folks in the area.
