Are any buy and hold investors in South Florida interested in forming a networking group?
I've been to a number of the REIA meetings in all three South Florida counties and though I see many classes and discussions on wholesaling, there seems to be a lack of networking for the buy and hold investor.
My thoughts are to met once a month, most likely in Fort Lauderdale area so it will be more central for everyone, no dues, not a club, just a networking event to discuss problems, strategies, etc.
Any thoughts? Any takers?

I wish I could make it, but my husband and I won't be in Ft. Lauderdale until July 6th. Maybe I could Skype in?
In the meantime, I highly recommend Regent Bank in Ft. Lauderdale, Tim Zivku loan officer, who I've worked with on a portfolio loan. They're a small regional bank and investor friendly.
