This month, we are presenting my good friend Cade Olof of the REV Meetup group. He is also a multifamily investor right here in the Old Pueblo. He will discuss his investing strategy in smaller multifamily and also provide some details on his meetup which occurs the fourth Thursday of each month. We will kick off the meeting with our multifamily tip of the month as well and as always, there will be plenty of time for networking after the presentation.
