This month, we will be joined by Spencer Ingrim, Commercial Real Estate Broker with Kidder Mathews. Spencer has been involved in real estate his whole life, working with his father in the business until 2014 when he relocated and joined Kimco Realty Corporation, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) managing over $12 Billion in assets. Spencer most recently operated as Regional Property Manager for Kimco Realty where he managed 11 retail shopping centers totaling 2.8 million square feet in California. Spencer holds a real estate portfolio of his own, primarily partnering with his father in Lewis County multifamily and mixed-use buildings. Spencer continues to grow his portfolio in 2022 as he recently relocated back to the PNW to pursue his new career as a Commercial Broker.
